Job Title: Paralegal
Location: Hybrid – Seattle, WA
Pay Rate: $30/hr.
Contract Duration: 6 months
Currently hiring for a knowledgeable Paralegal to join a reputable and industry leading international technology company out of their Seattle, WA location! This 6-month contract role offers the opportunity to navigate complex product regulations, develop compliance actions, and implement policies in collaboration with the company's legal and business teams. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional organization and judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with legal and business teams to navigate complex product regulations and develop compliance strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to implement processes, policies, and actions to meet compliance requirements.
- Research and analyze federal and state regulations, synthesizing findings to inform compliance initiatives.
- Manage multiple escalations and respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.
- Utilize technology and tools to track, organize, and document regulatory compliance processes.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels, including regulators and internal teams.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment while delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3+ years of prior, relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to analyze complex documentation.
- Direct experience interacting with regulators, including federal and state agencies.
- Proven expertise in researching, analyzing, and applying federal and state regulations.
- Experience with project management and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to adjust quickly to changes while meeting deadlines for multiple projects.
- Military or legal experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes and procedures.
